Reconstructive Orthopedic Center of Houston (ROC) is a Houston-based orthopedic practice specializing in acute injury (nerve, tendon, artery, bone) and repetitive micro-trauma affecting nerves (carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome, radial tunnel syndrome), tendons (tennis elbow, trigger digits,) and ligaments occurring during sports, at home, or in the work place. ROC is located centrally in the Houston Museum District, with easy access through the medical center Tram or via a valet drive up to our front office.

Dr. Marcos Masson, a multi-subspecialty orthopedic surgeon whose vision was to provide safe, affordable, and immediate patient care for the benefit of our community, founded ROC in 2003. With board certified/fellowship-trained surgeons, a joint commission accredited ambulatory surgical center, and a state of the art therapy facility, ROC is equipped to treat all acute or chronic extremity injuries.

ROC is expanding and recently opened a new clinic location in Spring, TX for the convenience of our patients and referring entities. The company is set to break ground in 2015 on a third location in Baytown, TX to cater to the East Houston area. Plans are also in the works to begin developing a location in Katy, TX in 2016.

ROC has also recently developed and launched a new software application in April 2015. The program, called the ASAP Program, which stands for the Ambulatory Surgical Assessment Program, allows a referring entity to contact our doctors minutes after injury and treatment for advice and instruction. This communication capacity is available to provide immediate support to emergency medicine physician partners and freestanding emergency centers – all with a simple touch of a button.

By partnering with regional freestanding emergency centers, ROC affords a complimentary extension for all orthopedic referral needs. We are pleased to work alongside TAFEC and look forward to growing our presence in the Houston area.
